Description
Made entirely of painted steel or stainless steel 304 panels. Designed for superior results in croissant production. Dough sheet is laid on the feed table, side disks trim and collect waste. Gauging cylinders ensure uniform weight and dough sheets are joined for continuous machining. Triangles cut in two stages, separated, and automatically conveyed to the curling unit that rolls the product as if by hand.
